TJ Rhodes, Project Manager

The Project Management team is excited to welcome TJ Rhodes! TJ’s primary focus in his new role will be unit renovation programs across Horizon’s portfolio in Washington State. 

TJ’s Risin’ With Horizon story started 14 years ago at Canyon Springs in Lynnwood, WA, where he worked as a part-time porter. His unparalleled work ethic and leadership have been on display at every stop along the way, from Maintenance Supervisor at The Colony at Bear Creek in Redmond, WA, to Regional Maintenance Director for Horizon’s Western Washington portfolio. While at Canyon Springs in 2013, TJ was recognized as Horizon’s Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, the youngest ever to receive the award.  

We’re excited to have TJ tackling new challenges in his role as Project Manager, and know he will bring his tenacious approach and cheerful attitude wherever his Risin’ With Horizon story takes him next!
